When initial thoughts fill the mind about historical home ownership it seems like the idea of drafty money pits is the all-pervasive stereotype. People think of all the hard work involved, the expenses of maintenance, and all the what-ifs that could potentially go wrong. My husband and I were the opposite. We saw opportunity where others saw inconvenience. We saw the beauty where others saw problems. We have a vision and the dedication to preserve what once was.
