Forbidden Fruits of Lyon
Hey all!
So here is an update on what is going on. After Munich I had a cold so I was in Amsterdam just doing school things and recovering to be healthy again. I still have a cough but I think I am almost cured.
I also just got back from Lyon last Wednesday. Lyon was a pleasant treat for me! I went in with no expectations and the city was so beautiful and hardly any tourists. It felt very authentic. Now I had to go to Lyon for a school project and it was really fun to have an AirBnB with 7 other classmates! Not really any time to relax but it was a fun bonding trip anyways. Lyon is the Gastronomic capital of France, so that means there is pretty bad ass French food to be found there. I know I had my fair share of foie gras.
Since I now have practiced so much of my French, toady I am once again flying off to Paris! I'm excited to see the city a little better this time, since previously I have only been there for 8 hours!
Also Amsterdam Dance Event was this past weekend. If there was any way for me to love Amsterdam more, that event helped reassure me that this city is so unique and amazing. It is going to be tough to move away in the end of January!
Well I have to go and pack now, enjoy the few pictures of Lyon, and the mini update!
xx Elizabeth
