Ekonomernas Dagar

Wowie, it has sure been a long time since I have blogged. That is probably due to the fact that I am back in Stockholm and it isn't as exciting to carry my camera around. Also I can't even take iPhone pictures since that was stolen from me two weeks ago when I was out in Södermalm. Watch your bags! 

So last night I was the photographer for the Ekonomernas Dagar which meant that I had to carry my camera around with me! Finally a reason! I was so nervous a) this is my first time doing nightclub style photography. b) When you do events there is so much pressure not to miss anything or mess up!  It is Sweden's largest career fair for business students, and was hosted by the business student association that I am in.  (Not going to attempt to spell it right now) 

The coordinators did an amazing job for the whole event, I was a co-worker so I got to see various aspects of all the work that went in to the day. From the prep all the way to placing name cards, there was a lot of work.

The banquet took place in Berns, it was my first time there, ohmigod it is a beautiful venue. We had a dinner consisting of avocado sashimi with pomegranate,  soy glazed salmon, and wonderful chocolate truffles. Overall it was a great way to network and meet some companies in Sweden. 

Here I'll just put some pictures of myself since I have yet to go through all the photos I took of the event. I'll have to share those somewhere else anyways. It is a nice peek in to the event! So enjoy!
