Viareggio

My favorite day of the trip to Italy was taking the train randomly to Viareggio. Jenna and I didn't plan properly so we wanted to go to Venice, but the trains were way too expensive last min and we didn't plan to stay longer than a day. The train to Viareggio was about an hour and a half and only 8 euro each way. Way better than 50 euro each way to Venice! When we got there all we knew was it was a beach town so we just packed our swimsuits and set off! The beach wasn't crowded at all and it was so relaxing to just be on the beach having a cocktail. I am SO happy we went! We also had the best gnocchi ever with salmon and gorgonzola. Many of the pictures are from Jens cell phone so the quality is a little questionable as well as the sizes.  I actually did bring my Nikon with me and was able to snap some pictures as well. I keep having camera difficulties... I feel like I either have to fix my broken lens or get a different camera, since my little Olympus takes better pictures than the Nikon DSLR!
