Thor's Island- Torsö

Today we went over to Thor's Island or Torsö as the locals call it. Torsö is a remote island on Lake Vänern.

We had a little picnic, swim, and Thor (the puppy) had his first swim! 

It was a nice day in the sun and hanging out on the rocky cliffs. It was really remote and we were the only people there. :)

It has been so unusually hot here! I'm feeling it especially since there isn't any air-conditioning, instead of A/C Swedes just go swimming 1,480 x's a day. I usually don't like swimming in lakes, but these seem a lot cleaner than the ones I have been in the US so I'll brave going in.
